Winter 2021-2022

COVID-19 Policies: What to Know-Before-You-Go

Cross country skiing enjoys several advantages over other sports during this pandemic as it already involves social distancing, and takes place outdoors.  MVSSR is committed to providing the same excellent service we have for more than 45 years while keeping our staff, guests and community safe during this public health crisis.  To do so, it is important for skiers to know that while the sport remains the same, the operational reality will be a little different this season.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

We are encouraging guests to complete as much paperwork as possible online or over the telephone prior to arrival.  Ideally, guests can do the following at least 24 hours in advance of curb-side pick-up of gear or a lesson:

  • Liability release forms are available on our website with the ability to sign and submit online. If part of a group lesson please reference the primary contact's name so that we which lesson you are a part of.

STORE POLICIES

  • We will continue to serve guest outdoors in front of the ski shop this year. Covered outdoor seating area will be provided for customers to try on gear, make purchases (including trail passes), and for curbside pick-up and returns is available.

  • No Public Restrooms

We ask that our customers:

  • Wear a face covering over mouth and nose. We recognize that some people are unable to wear a mask - if this is the case, please let us know and we are happy to assist you outside the store using distancing protocols.

  • Use hand sanitizer.

  • Complete a brief verbal health screening.

  • Maintain social distancing.

MVSSR feels confident that by conducting more business online instead of in the ski shop we will be able to provide the same high-quality gear, top-notch instruction and stellar customer service we have always provided our guests.  Please help us get you out on the snow in the safest way possible!
